I sistemi a iniezione di azoto liquido NITRODOSE® di Vacuum Barrier vengono usati per pressurizzare o inertizzare confezioni delicate, come lattine o bottiglie in PET.

Un flusso preciso di azoto liquido a rapida espansione iniettato a caldo o a freddo in confezioni  leggere in PET e lattine di alluminio permette una pressurizzazione ideale da confezione a confezione ed elimina i problemi di stoccaggio e palettizzazione.

I sistemi NITRODOSE® vengono usati anche per inertizzare le confezioni degli alimenti e ridurre l'assorbimento dell'ossigeno da parte del prodotto, estendendone la data di scadenza e mantenendone più a lungo il sapore, il colore e la freschezza.

NITROGENATION OF COFFEE 

The addition of Liquid Nitrogen to ready-to-drink coffee products just after filling adds pressure to aluminum cans. This provides the can with some rigidity making it more stable. Liquid Nitrogen dosing can also help reduce O2 in the headspace preserving the flavor and aroma of the coffee.

Nitrogenation of coffee

As cold-brew coffee continues to grow in popularity, more companies are looking to add nitro-coffee to their offering. The same equipment used for pressurization can also be used to nitrogenate coffee to get the smooth, creamy, and attractive cascade effect after pouring, with or without a widget.

NITROGENATION OF BEER 

Dissolved oxygen in beer is closely monitored and controlled throughout the brewing process, but O2 pickup can occur during filling. Reducing O2 in the headspace preserves the flavor and aroma of the beer.

Nitrogenation of beer
