Liquid Nitrogen Dosing - High Speed Aseptic

March 2007 - Woburn, MA - Vacuum Barrier Corporation introduces their new NITRODOSE® HSA (High Speed Aseptic) liquid nitrogen dosing system equipped with the most advanced high speed dosing valve available to the aseptic food and beverage packaging industry. The advanced high speed valve allows for liquid nitrogen dosing at the greatest aseptic line speeds with the greatest precision.

This system is designed with the highest filtering integrity to provide sterile, low pressure liquid nitrogen consumption at all aseptic packaging line speeds. Additionally, the systems design allows for superior efficiency for the lowest liquid nitrogen consumption.

The exterior of the NITRODOSE® HSA promotes cleanliness and eliminates potential contamination from product build up. Designed with rounded edges and a stainless steel valve cover to withstand high pressure water or chemical clean up and allow liquid roll off away from the opening of the package.

As with all Vacuum Barrier's NITRODOSE® liquid nitrogen dosing systems, the HSA is equipped with dose compensation logic, the intelligence to ramp up or down with line speed changes and a PLC control panel that can be equipped with a variety of language choices.

Since 1958, Vacuum Barrier has remained the leader in liquid nitrogen handling and transfer equipment with a variety of liquid nitrogen dosing models and cryogenic piping to meet your needs. Their highly skilled team of engineers has a combined seventy - five years of experience with Vacuum Barrier and continues to design, engineer and fabricate cryogenic equipment within the Massachusetts facility.
