Closed Loop Delivery
System
A constant LN2 spray manifold is fed from a phase
separator to the inlet side of the manifold with Triax
piping.
Several nozzles spray a halogen bulb as it indexes
thru the exhaust machine freezing out the internal
gases prior to pinch off. To insure constant LN2 flow
through the nozzles, the liquid flows through the
manifold and returns unused LN2 back to the phase
separator.
This provides a completely automated uninterrupted
LN2 supply.
