Liquid nitrogen injection for pressurization or inerting all package types.

Pressurization of PET bottles and cans by injecting liquid nitrogen stabilizes thin walled containers and allows considerable reduction of container weight.

Inerting packages by means of injecting liquid nitrogen reduces the oxygen content drastically and efficiently thus improving shelf live and preserving taste and colour of your product.

Vacuum Barrier's line of Liquid Nitrogen Dosing Systems allows for high purity precision LN2 dosing, at all line speeds, providing consistent pressure from package to package.

In addition to pressurizing containers, the NITRODOSE Systems can be used to inert containers, thereby eliminating gas-flushing tunnels and extending shelf life.

NITRODOSE Systems are supplied turn key and are easy to install and to operate. More than 250 NITRODOSE Systems have been installed by VBS Europe. NITRODOSE Systems are available for different speeds and for aseptic dosing.

NITRODOSE Systems connect with VBC SEMIFLEX , Sealed SEMIFLEX or TRIAX LN2 piping providing complete line supply systems from storage tank to filling.

Carbonated Beverages Going Flat.pdf
With CSD consumption on the decline, the growth of non-CSD's is forcing beverage packagers to embrace unique technologies to maintain container consistency.

Power of pressure
Liquid-nitrogen dosing systems are becoming a popular means of ensuring the stability and extending shelf life of non-carbonated products in plastics bottles and cans.
